How long do custom orders/ preorders take?

Custom orders are of course made to order and are specifically made to your specifications. These can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks to make and ship. With the current situation with shipping, please consider this when making an order.

Our pre-order products are also made to order and have a 1-4 week shipping time to us. We never send you products without first seeing them for ourselves, to ensure that the product has been made correctly and up to our quality standard. Please consider this when placing preorders :)

Where are we located?

We are located in South-West Sydney, which is where we process, pack and ship your products from. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your orders to ship :)

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely we do. We are a new small business, so please also keep that in mind when purchasing our products. We are learning as we go and aim to offer optimum shipping processes and times as we continue.

Are we Eco-friendly?

Our main priority as a brand is ensuring that we are as eco-friendly as we possibly can be. 

Our custom packaging and jewellery boxes are all made out of durable cardboard. Our custom jewellery boxes are made to be re-used and are a great place to store your jewellery as well. 

Our eyewear all come in custom drawstring bags made out of fabric, for appropriate storage. 

Our jewellery cards are made out of cardboard and we have made the decision to have biodegradable glassine bags to package our smaller jewellery as opposed to plastic packaging. 

We also use water soluble packing peanuts in our boxes. These are environmentally friendly, and all you need to do is put them in water and watch them dissolve :)
